Southwest is changing their baggage policy, and unless you’re A-List preferred, a Southwest card holder, or purchase a fare that includes it, you’ll be charged for bags.

This wildly unpopular move begins for flights purchased on or after May 28.

I HIGHLY suggest purchasing your flights sooner rather than later. Winter fares go on sale March 27.

What is your favorite Disney Transportation?🚝🚎⛴️🚡

🚝For my family, the monorail just shouts Disney! AND there’s beauty in not needing to collapse a stroller (especially a side-by-side double stroller) with a sleeping baby inside and souvenir bags attached.

Did you know there are 12 monorail colors⁉️ Can you name all the colors in the comments? No cheating!

🚎My family likes to play the bus game where we see who can call out a Disney bus first and what type of bus it is or what character is on the bus. Did you know the bus is the only transportation option to get to Disney’s Animal Kingdom⁉️ Every other park has multiple transportation options. It is the only park that you have to take the bus. Some resorts only have the bus as a transportation option as well.

⛴️The boat is a nice relaxing way to transport from select resorts to the parks! You also get some very pretty views along the way!

🚡If you prefer flying up in the sky, the skyliner may be for you! There are great sights to see from up high!
Please note: if you are afraid of heights and/or prone to anxiety and panic attacks, this may not be the best transportation for you.

If you don’t feel like you have gotten enough steps in as is, walking is another option. My family actually likes to walk and we have a few secret tips and tricks to walking to different parks that not everyone knows about. 🤫Reach out to learn more about my transportation tips and tricks!

There’s No Tired like Disney Tired!!😴💤 Are you team nap/sleep in the stroller or go back to the resort? We have always been team nap in strollers. When the boys were little and both would fall asleep, this was a nice time for Jason and I to slow down, enjoy our surroundings, and walk around. We would bring the boys pajamas for night to change them and we stay later and they would sleep in the stroller. This was also a time we would go on bigger rides and do rider switch! *Rider switch is when you have a child who is not tall enough to ride (or can’t/doesn’t want to ride). One parent stays with the child and the other parent rides, then when the one parent returns the other parent can go in the lightning lane. Before the first parent gets in line, see a Cast Member under an umbrella by the ride to set up the rider switch! The parent who rides second can bring 1 other person with to ride. Our oldest loved it when he got tall enough because he would ride twice! He was bummed once his brother got tall enough to ride too! Now they fight over who gets to ride twice since they have a baby sister! Note: if traveling with a group, it doesn’t have to be the parent who waits.
