Router Medic is an idea that has been around since 2011. Having been laid off from a public service career, I unfortunately didn't have the resources to make the idea a reality. However, this is something that is extremely important to me, so I continued to grow the idea until I was able to make it reality. Now, we're in the first stages of what I hope will become a well-known, well-respected company. Customers are the most important part of any company. Without customers, companies can NOT succeed. My promise to you is I will never forget that. We believe in two things: great value and great service. Having worked in a retail environment, I understand that many times customers are sold on items that are not necessary. This often leads to unpleasant experiences and uncertainty during future visits. I am of the mind that if customers understand what you will pay before you are "at the register," you will feel much more confident in the value of the purchase. At Router Medic, we charge a flat, hourly rate plus hardware costs. We will discuss with you the hardware that is needed, without pushing unnecessary equipment. It's that simple.
