Located across the street from the beach. ( not beach view from condo)
1 king, 1 queen and 1 queen sleeper sofa

$175 a night fall though spring with $150 cleaning fee
$200 a night Memorial Day though Labor Day $150 cleaning fee

Check in is at 4 and check out is at 11

We are asking that In order to hold your date that you pay a $300 deposit. This will hold your spot and serve as the damage deposit. Final bill has to be paid 48 hours before check-in. A 14 day cancellation notice is required to receive full deposit refund. Damage deposit will be reimbursed 24 hours after checkout if no damages are found.

2 night minimum stay until Memorial day and after that it must be a 4 night minimum until after Labor Day.
We will also offer long term rental after Labor Day in the months of September- March. Message me for details!

This is a great location because it’s not a crowded beach area. The beach is starting to build back up after Hurricane Michael. Mango Marleys, Shell Shack, and The Marina are within walking distance along with a great coffee shop, ice cream parlor and pizza joint. A 10 min drive into Port St. Joe offers more shopping, food and drinks. A 45 min drive to Panama City Beach offers so much more and crowds. This is a great place to be and build family memories.
