My name is Mindy Lancaster. My work is mainly in Tuolumne County, but I am willing to travel. I have been a doula for almost 4 years. I am a mother of two boys. As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy and birth. I can assist with hands-on pain management, as well as breastfeeding and postpartum support. I passionately believe that every woman should feel safe, supported and loved during labor.
