T&C Sports Management was established in 2014 after Faria and Hernandez became concerned with providing a platform for advice for the development and evolution of professional athletes in an international context. This evolution is defined, since the athlete enters the professional ranks, until their retirement. To this end, the founders have dedicated their academic careers and their free time to
the study, analysis, and development of the company’s model. This model is designed to provide global consulting that differs substantially from the currently existing options. T&C Sports Management is headquartered in Miami, Florida; however, the company has offices in Caracas, Venezuela and La Coruña, Spain as well. This array of office locations allows T&C the opportunity to gain expertise and build relationships in two key continents, fostering the success of the company’s model. Some of these key relationships have been created not only with first division teams in Europe and the United States, but they are also present with technical support individuals and scouts from local and international locations. The company aims to develop it’s model further in order to one day become a leader in the business of athlete consulting and sports management. By following the company’s mission, T&C will be able to provide stability and give advice to athletes on issues not only pertaining to their professional careers, but also issues they may encounter outside of their work environment. An added value of the T&C model is that it focuses on a commitment to service and support for each individual both within and outside of their workspace. This commitment and support gives the company the ability to nurture the growth and stability of the professional careers of each client. T&C’s team has the experience and knowledge of many prominent individuals. One of these individuals is Jesus Quiroz, who specializes in Scouting and Representation and carries the badge number 017 of a FIFA agent accredited in Venezuela. Another important individual that works with the company is Dr. Anna Katerina Tischenko, who provides support in the area of Rehabilitation and Health. In addition, T&C Sports Management has the assistance of entrepreneurs like Mario Hernandez and Ricardo Gonzalez, which is very beneficial. Both of these men are former owners of successful football teams in Venezuela and they are currently representing T&C in Venezuela and Spain as agents in the business of football. T&C Sports Management understands that external distractions create a significant impact on the performance of an athlete. For this reason, the model revolves around the company acting as a source of stability in ways such as being the provider of regular practices and offering continuous solutions for any problems that may arise. Overall, the company’s model provides it with a global presence, strategic relationships, and employees who are not only experts in their fields, but who also uphold the highest quality of ethical and professional standards.
