Warranty info
Pentair clients under warranty can call Pentair Support to start a warranty ticket
Jandy clients can call Jandy Support to start a warranty ticket
If proof of purchase is required for them to enter you a warranty ticket, you can use your invoice or new construction contract

If you are not under warranty and have equipment issues, best practice is to shut the system off if not in freezing temps until someone can come out to evaluate.

Alert on potential Chlorine shortage due to fire. We have also been notified of potential delays on Pentair products in the month of October. If you need chlorine get it now. If you want to switch to a salt system it is recommended to do it now while inventory is available. We will do a bulk supply order soon for tabs/shock.

Pool green or do you have Algae? Great video posted below. Biggest problem we see when people are trying to fight algae is
1. Not cleaning filters after algae treatment
2. Not using quality shock
3. Not brushing the pool every day
Algae issues are not usually a one time treatment. It takes alot of work to get you back algae free.

We got to sponser a golf hole for the Midlothian Heritage Football Booster Club this Saturday. We had a wonderfull time and we hope yall raised a lot of money for the kids. Thank you to my players for making this a memorable time!

If your pool water is warm and want a solution to chill it, here are two ways to cool your pool. The first photo is a Pentair Heater/Chiller. This machine will heat your pool water in the fall/spring months and chill the water in the hot months. This is a heater/chiller and cost approx $7,430. You will then have the cost of install which you will need, electric, equipment pad and plumbing. This machine can raise or lower your pool water temps by 10 to 15 degrees depending on the ambient ouside temp.

The Glacier Chiller is about half the cost and work like a swamp cooler. These units cost around $3,600 plus shipping and you will need electric, equipment pad and plumbing as additional costs. Glacier claims that in 12 to 14 hours of running, it will lower your pool temp 10-15 degrees.
