Welcome to the page of True Visions Media, which was started by Cindy Freeman. This was especially created as I became the Music Muse on Women as Visionaries for May 2011. True Visions Media focuses on all areas of media/communications. The areas of written media are personal (resumes and biographies), professional (brochures, newsletters and press releases), creative (manuscripts for fiction and
non-fiction works, guided meditations and music), electronic (web and social media). This is not an all-inclusive list. Additionally, we provide writing, photography and graphic design services. Future expansion will includ sign language services. In all aspects, we take your vision, merge it with our vision and create a product thet portrays your personal style and personality, as well as serves a specific purpose. With more than 12 years in journalism, 15 years of business writing and several years of freelancing, True Visions Media has experience with a variety of audiences. I created the business Write It Write in the 1980s when I found myself creating resumes and editing research papers for my friends. My first degree is in print journalism and did an independent study of graphic design and a business minor. Throughout the years, I worked for several newspaper companies in the Milwaukee Metro area, and ultimately, like many journalists do, got burned out. I continued writing more for myself than anyone else. However, I have continued to create newsletter and write press releases for companies and organizations. Several years ago, I started writing music. I joined the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) to better learn my craft. Additionally, I have been writing more content for web sites and returning to designing them as I did manually so many years ago. (It's a lot easier with the software that is out now than it was to manually code.) I realized that to fund my songwriting career, I could continue to do what I enjoy the most in life--writing, editing, graphic design, while helping others achieve their goals. With the expansion into other areas, I realized that what I want is not important and that each person who approaches me wanting something created has a vision of what the or she wants and I have a vision of what my experience says it should be. If those two areas are not blended, the final product will not be saatisfactory. Additionally, to mee an audience's needs, we need to look at the potential vision of what ta specific person is looking for or expecting. In all situatins, the message has to be motivational and inspiring. Hence, the name was changed to True Visions Media. My ultimate goal is to have a good news media company for print, broadcast and electronic media. I believe the more we are exposed to positive, motivational, inspirational materials, the happier we are in all areas of our lives. True Visions Magazine is anticipated to launch in mid-2013.
