Aunt Rose's Place Furnished Rental Properties Bunkhouse is upgrading beds to 14" mattresses, and 18" frames, leaving more room below for storage! New linens are on the way!

The 4 guests staying in my 4 bedroom house, with 10 twin-XL beds, agreed to let us in to get them setup for them😁

I was walking out of the store and I overheard two women talking. One said, "I am so grateful the family is getting together! I just don't know where I can put them all, and hotels are so expensive"! I had to turn around and give her my card. I told her about Aunt Rose's Place Furnished Rental Properties, and that she can rent the Bunhouse that sleeps 10 in twin xl beds (half a king). That it has two kitchens, folding tables and dining tables create seating for 30. It has two washers and dryers, and two bathrooms. She asked how much. I said $190/night with weekly and monthly discounts. She said, heck, I can't get two rooms for that! And most of us can stay together! I told her I have other properties that sleep 1-12 that might fit their needs. I have enough housing to sleep 31 adults and children, all within a mile of each other in Monroe MI. Jack's Joint's Fully Furnished Rentals on the River Raisin are this close to the center of the village! That road work sign was left after the road work that happened and made our roads so much nicer🤓

I gave a new cleaning company a try, and this is what I got. They showed up 3 hours late. I had to pay another maid to go over and clean after them and everything had to be done. They didn't even wash the sheets or towels! The washer was completely dry, and had not been used at all, the mop was dry, The microwave food cover was still full of sweat from having been used just before the guest left. They didn't even wipe it out! Hair was everywhere as you can see. Rose and I need good cleaning people!!!! We're happy with the couple we have but we sometimes have multiple checkouts in one day and we need help! If you know anybody please send them our way!

It makes me happy to see this. This was apartment two in Monroe Michigan, a nice little 600 ft² apartment with two twin beds on the first floor.
