Monterey Peninsula College sought assistance for their 2024 Fall Scheme cover and the creation of five compelling advertisements promoting both new and existing programs. Razorwire Design delivered a dynamic, "future forward" cover aligned with the current MST Banner campaign, along with five distinctive and on-brand advertisements to boost program awareness. Each ad features vibrant imagery and carefully crafted copy to detail the course topics, class names, and URLs to encourage enrollment. This innovative approach leverages minimalistic, grid-based, Swiss-style graphic design to ensure maximum attention and engagement from prospective students interested in each subject.

Seoul Food 831 is a rich tapestry of Authentic Korean flavors with the finesse of fine dining and the comforting familiarity of everyday favorites.

Hong Kim (Founder/Owner) fused a marriage of generations-old Authentic Korean recipes passed down from his mother and his own extensive experience in the realm of fine dining. With a menu that reflects the rich cultural tapestry of Korea and the vibrant culinary scene of California, Seoul Food 831 stands as a testament to the creativity, passion, and dedication of its founder.

Crafting a visual identity for Seoul Food 831 was a delightful challenge. Razorwire Design synthesized the rich heritage of Korean cuisine and the diverse culinary landscape of California by fusing elements of the Korean flag, Asian food, brushstroke fonts, and Swiss Design. The result is a beautifully executed identity that conveys authentic food inspired by Mom’s home cooking from the “831.”

Silicon Valley’s Meriwest Credit Union requested an innovative and high-end solution for their 60th Anniversary Annual Report. Razorwire Design accepted the challenge and delivered a beautiful and informative report with a die-cut cover, silver ink, sans serif fonts, and appropriate imagery adhering to Meriwest’s Style Guidelines. The unique Annual Report was well received by all.

Aldridge Construction needed a logo to identify their company, culture, and high level of craftsmanship. Razorwire Design created a typographic icon that uses parts of a letterform and a skill saw to create the letter “A” & "C" for Aldridge Construction. The icon and company name was applied to all marketing material and an American flag was also added to the collateral fueled by Aldridge Construction’s patriotism.

Island Stone, who specializes in exotic stone, glass and wood tile launched their new Lava Glass Collection and needed a merchandising brochure to introduce the new product to existing and potential clients. Using beautiful photography, sleek line drawings, proprietary icons, and clean typography, the Lava Glass brochure was a success.

Before Ted Thomas embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, he needed a logo and business cards to get brand recognition and to turn some heads. Razorwire Design worked with Ted and came up with a unique icon that is a play on the first letters of his first and last name (two T’s). After establishing the icon, we laid out his cards with big splashes of color and clean typography. The result is a great solution that solved his problem with a clean, modern style.

The 40-Page brochure beautifully showcases career path options, infographics, information on how to reach goals, obtain degrees, and achieve certificates to meet the requirements for a new career.
