Finally got to take my son in-law Elliot Orlowski on his first fishing trip ever.
His first fish ever was a small sea bass but he worked hard and also caught a nice sheepshead. He had a good fight with a shark until the hook straightened out. Pretty sure he even liked cleaning his fish. He got a good taste of fishing yesterday. Ready for next time

Too windy to chase after the big sheep yesterday but we caught 8 to 10 good keepers while hiding from the wind.
The cool thing yesterday was the Bald Eagle fishing in the Morehead City water front. This is the best photo I could get.

Another amazing day catching sheep. Joe Pisano from N.J. caught his 2 nd citation sheep this week 13.77 lbs and I received a citation for on that weighed 9.73 lbs.

Went out yesterday to do some near shore bottom fishing with some folks and after going through what felt like hundreds of junk fish ended up being a great day for the sheep. Including a 9.36 lbs citation sheephead caught by Joe Pisano and everyone got their P.B.

The fish we caught today made a great dinner,but tripped on dock today and the cup by daughter gave me for Father’s Day in 2015 and was the only cup I drank from for 9 years sank to the bottom. So sad.

Good time of the year to go for a boat ride and or catch a few fish along the way. Maybe a little chilly but a lot of fun

Me and my buddy Allen Barrett had a good boat ride and about 4 hours of non stop catching.
Lots of grey trout,and barely legal sheephead. We kept some trout and black drum to eat.
We should have several more weeks of good fishing if not more

The gray trout were still there today!
We had our one fish limit in about 5 minutes. Alan Barrett even caught 2 at the time. Book a trip today!

Fishing with an old friend today having fun with the blues.We did not find the trout till the end of day. The fish finder was lit up, and the bite was incredible I don’t see that a lot. I will be after a few more in the morning
