Happy New Year from Moses Lake! We have been at the house for a week working on a few items and enjoying some family & friend time ❤️ One of our many projects was removing paneling and texturing the wall to match the rest of the house. I think it really lightens it up in this space!

Good morning from a chilly but beautiful Moses Lake! The lake is being lowered for the winter so it looks like we have a a huge island in front of the house now. It’s pretty cool to see the landscape change in the winter ❤️

Meet Wylie our resident coyote! Wylie loves to take long walks, swim in the lake and watch beautiful sunsets with new friends visiting the lake house. His absolute favorite thing to do is protect the yard by scaring the geese & ducks away! If you visit, make sure to say hi and tell him he’s doing a good job!

We have been really busy at the house over the last few weeks! We added another queen bed in the old bunk room (to replace the pullout couch because no one likes sleeping on those!), moved the bunk beds into the game room, painted the deck (the dust here really did a number on it) and many many other items on our to do list.

The lake is almost full so the excitement for the warm weather and family time at the lake Is growing stronger every day!!!

These are our dogs, Bane & Harley Quinn (brother & sister) they are English Staffordshire Terriers… aka The Nanny dog 🐾 They have claimed the wood/sun room as their favorite hang out spot in the house and I tend to agree with their choice!

And YES we are a pet friendly house 🐾❤️

Watching the sunset from the deck while the husband and youngest son are kayaking ❤️ It’s so peaceful here, I love listening to the fish jump and the birds sing!  We’re getting so close to listing on VRBO 🙌 The goal is within two weeks!

Some more work completed this weekend 🙌 We made some minor changes to the kitchenette & bar area in the basement. I really wish I had taken a picture of the carpet & mirrored shelf (yes, it was s**g carpet 😅) that was on the back of this bar before we began this project, to say that its an improvement is an understatement! 🎉 Getting closer to finishing, aiming for mid-March for go live.
