Let’s talk value resorts! We enjoyed our stay in the 1 bedroom family suites at Disney’s Allstar Music Resort, but another great option is Pop Century! Highlights on this resort are the Skyliner that takes you to Hollywood Studios and Epcot (or to Topolino’s for THE best breakfast 😉 🙌🏻), fold out Murphy bed that doubles as a table, food court with tons of options even for the pickiest eaters, a fun splash pad for the littles and your standard, but more than adequate pool. The cast members do a great job keeping pool time fun with many different activities, a DJ, or you take a dip and watch your favorite Disney movie from the pool!

New character sightings coming soon to Disney!

Moana will greet guests on Discovery Island at Animal Kingdom beginning April 22, 2023, and Mirabel will be greeting guests at the Magic Kingdom Fall 2023. Everyone’s favorite dragon, Figment, will be available for hugs later this summer at EPCOT!

In addition, the highly anticipated, Moana inspired Journey of Water interactive exhibit opens this fall at EPCOT!!

Lastly, EPCOT will be hosting the Disney 100 celebration later this year with Mickey and Minnie decked out in their platinum attire, new lighting at Spaceship Earth, and a new nighttime show at the World Showcase Lagoon!

Things to know before you go!

1. TRON opens April 4th!

2. There will be NO STANDBY LINES. You will only be able to ride TRON with an Individual Lightning Lane purchase OR by virtual queue.

3. You must store your belongings in the complimentary lockers (pairs with all magic bands) or in the small compartment on the ride vehicle.

4. You can view your ride photo in the My Disney Experience app. To do this, you will need to have a paired magic band OR by logging into the app on your phone and enabling Bluetooth for the My Disney Experience app. Make sure you’re logged into the app and that the phone is on the ride with you.
