We are searching for a Transition Program Manager. We are a Faith-based non-profit. The goal of the program is to help young adults develop life skills and prepare them emotionally to live independently. Guide them in their faith and walk with the Lord and help them to be thankful for what God has given them. This program helps nurture lifelong connections, empowers youth to continue their education, helps them develop good coping skills, and decision-making skills. You will implement assessment tools and with input from the therapists, you will help them develop an educational and treatment plan, and an individualized transition plan that fits their needs. Be aware and open to alternative education styles for those who need credit recovery or struggle in the class room setting. For those who are still in tribal custody, you will Submit medical, educational, etc. reports to the program manager.
Prior to employment, you will need to complete and pass a finger printed Criminal Background Check, Child Care Restricted Registry Check, and thorough reference verification.
Submit to and pass a Physical and Drug Screen.
