Thank you for your interest in the “BLUE PARROT”.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath home located on Starfish has a queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 4-6 max). It comes with wi-fi, extended cable, washer/dryer, propane grill and a complementary golf cart.
You must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and staying at this property to drive the golf cart. In addition to our rental fee for the 2023 rental season, ***(We are now changing a cleaning fee of $125 cover the cleaning cost).***(This is an additional fee and will be added to your rental fee) THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT AND NO PETS! We DO NOT supply linens/towels. (However, in certain situations they (linens/towels) can be provided for an additional fee) Person requesting to book the Blue Parrot must be 25 years of age and staying on site to rent the property. (We will ask you to provide ID before the short-term contract is complete)
*A $300 Refundable Deposit is required immediately (with in 10 days) to hold dates that you have requested. (The refundable security deposit will be returned within two weeks after stay if no damages or fines)
*Please note that in addition to our rental rate/deposit “Ocean Lakes” does charge $12 per day per car to enter the gates. We have no control over this fee. (I will send information for express check-in if you rent our home)
