Trash needs to be placed in a plastic bag and taken to the dumpster. There is a dumpster located on the right hand side of the road as you're driving from the apartment towards the entrance to the complex (before you reach the mailboxes).

Unfortunately due to HOA regulations, pets are not allowed on the complex for guests.

There is a coffee maker in the apartment. You can make a pot of coffee using the drip section or a single cup using the pod section.

A parking pass is required and should be displayed from the rear view mirror. The pass can be found in the cabinet directly across from the front door.

Motorcycles, trailers, campers, box trucks, jet skis, boats or other similar equipment are not allowed to be on the premises.

These will be towed away at your expense.

The complex has 4 community pools. The closest pool is a short walk down the pathway to the other side of the building on the main level.

Pools are open from 9am - 10pm from April 1st through September 30th.

You will a key fob to access the pool area, the fob can be found in the cabinet directly in front of the front door.

You're also required to wear a wrist band at all times while in the pool area, this can also be found in the cabinet.

Kindly ensure you follow all posted rules.

Yes, as the apartment is close to the beach, attractions and golf which makes it popular with families.

Upon request, there is a pack & play and a high chair available for your use. Kindly ensure you let your host know 48 hours prior to check in to ensure its available when you arrive.

The building does not have an elevator. This apartment is located not he 2nd floor. There are 8 steps, then a large landing followed by another 8 steps.

The beach is located about 1.5 miles from the complex. Go towards the entrance to the complex (where the security station is located) make a right onto Wild Iris Dr, go to 48th Ave North and make a left, follow 48th Ave North straight to the beach.
