Wildfires have such a massive impact on our lives now, leaving those of us affected to wonder "what can be done better?"

On its own, the forests and nature
flourish, through natural cycles of growth, death,
decay, fires and rebirth of new growth.

My next podcast guest is one of the top scientists
from the Forest Service. While I appreciate opinions and surely I have lots of my own, it'll be great to speak with a real expert on the subject.

How can we as humans better understand this natural
cycle, forest science and "manage" our forests
accordingly?
