Location location location! Plenty of love went into updating this charming beach house on the 500 block in Naples Park only minutes away from Vanderbilt Beach! With two relaxing private guest bedrooms upstairs along with a full bathroom and the comfy master bedroom downstairs it leaves plenty of space to spread out and relax in the open first level layout.

This home is well maintained and squeaky clean. It features a BRAND NEW stunning in-ground pool and deck area completed February 1st 2022!!! Along with a one-car garage and ample driveway leaving lots of space to store beach toys and gear. Don’t forget to rent your beach cruiser bicycles and explore everything the Naples playground has to offer just minutes away. You name it; you’ll find it nearby, including multiple grocery stores, international restaurants, cafes, and fabulous shopping and entertainment at Mercato. Start with a family outing to the Wiggins Pass Park, a girlfriend Spa and Champagne day at the Ritz Carlton, or a sunrise tee-off at La Playa.

If you’re visiting Florida for its natural beauty, you’re in luck. There are dozens of stunning nature preserves in and around Naples, where the region’s vast coastal habitats and bountiful wildlife are protected. Check out the nearby Clam Pass or Barefoot Beach Preserve County Park for a day of idyllic exploration and pristine beauty. Or head over to the stunning Sanibel and Keewaydin islands.

Modern and bright, the home has been newly renovated with stylish fixtures, luxury linens and super comfortable beds and furniture. You will love preparing your family meals in the gourmet kitchen fully equipped with a large Viking refrigerator, Gaggenau convention oven Dacor microwave, custom cabinetry and an abundance of quality cookware. Enjoy spacious outdoor living with both covered and open lounging and dining areas. You also have access to brand new gas grill to prepare your favorite barbecue. You know what, there’s a lady named Elaine Schaefer, who just turned 70 last 2020. She’d scheduled an ambitious travel schedule for the previous decade. She didn’t feel old to travel. ✈️

Unfortunately, the pandemic hit, The world stopped, her travel schedule quickly turned opposite. She was confined to her home together with her family. 😢

But despite what happened, she looked backed and thanked herself for being able to travel and enjoy before the pandemic. 😉
