Last night Weldon and I participated in the Chef’s Table Dinner aboard Celebrity Infinity. We began with a tour of the galley during dinner service, which was simply amazing. The chef spoke of what a rare privilege it was to be in the galley during dinner service. Almost all tours are given them the galley is closed for service, just to see the facilities.
We then moved to the Tuscan Grille for a five course dinner with recipes by Daniel Boulud orchestrated and prepared by the executive chef. The food and the service were impeccable. We are on a twelve night cruise and this experience is only offered three times with 10 participants per setting. If you ever have the chance, I highly recommend it!

The first two days of this cruise are sea days. What shall we do?!?!?
Before cruising with Celebrity Cruises the thought of back to back sea days terrified me. I was pretty certain I’d lose my mind. But there’s always something going on! So the choice is yours, relax and unwind, or explore and join fellow passengers in a multitude of activities!!
