Tornado shelter. This shelter is anchored with about 30 bolts to a concrete floor. It's rated for an EF5 tornado.
The customer requested to have it built-in to look like a closet and match the rest of the room. AC ducts and electrical were moved to accommodate the new layout of the room. You'll never know it's there unless you go looking for it. Quality product.

I had the honor to build this one last week. Very cool electric fireplace with heat. The homeowner also has their Internet modem and cable on this wall that we were able to hide in one of the cabinets. We also ran new electric for receptacles above the new counters and flat screen TV for a very clean look. Painter is coming in next for the final touches.
