We both redefine what constitutes fitness (both in type and duration) and help you identify where you are already experiencing medically relevant fitness--but just didn't know it! We define fitness as of HEART: compassion, courage, celebration, BREATH: inhaling, exhaling, mi

ndfulness, BODY: movement, rest, relaxation, PLAY: laughing, smiling, playing. Physiological changes can occur in as little as 2 seconds, and while microexercise® experiences may last up to 20 minutes, any amount counts!
