By far, one of my favorite memories on our December cruise. This was a wine and food pairing hosted by one of the sommeliers onboard

I am excited that I know what cheese pair with a chardonnay to get that "buttery" taste and what fruit to pair with a Riesling.

This helped us pick wines for Christmas gifts and so far, we picked winners 🏆

Fun Fact Friday....

Walt Disney World has a pretty large footprint and if this ride is reason for your trip, there are a few resorts that can get your there in a hurry.

Disney's Beach Club Resort and Disney's Yacht Club are steps away from Epcot's gate near the French Pavilion. Grab a croissant on your way in!

I AM HEARTSICK FOR THIS FAMILY! TWO THINGS THAT WOULD HAVE SAVED THIS FAMILY VACATION!!

Did you see the story today about the family who spend almost $60,000 for an Alaskan cruise? Long story short, they missed their flight and ultimately, missed the boat. Literally!!

Booking online seems so easy until it isn't.

I feel so bad for this family. But let's look at some realities of using a travel professional. I don't use that term loosely.

An experienced, trained professional comes with the benefits you may not be aware of, such as offers not available to the public. But most importantly, I come with these two areas of knowledge:

1. Do NOT fly on the day of your cruise! EVER!!

2. Protect your vacation investment with the appropriate travel insurance.

So, yes, I believe that when you book directly online, you may be paying the same amount of money, but GETTING LESS.

I'll give you a minute to let that sink in.

Same money.....less value.....your choice!!
