We love this area of Texas and plan on retiring here one day away from the cold winters of Chicago. While we work towards our retirement goal - we hope to share our wonderful homes with you.

La Villa Bella means 'The Beautiful Resi

dence' in Italian. You will understand why when you arrive and are welcomed by the long private beautifully landscaped driveway surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants. The location is absolutely perfect - nested outside New Braunfels and close to Canyon Lake on a private 4 acre estate. Our previous guests consistently comment on how beautiful and comfortable the home is. It is fully furnished with an ideal kitchen for the cooking enthusiasts and a laundry room for your extended stays. It also has an outdoor building named 'Casita Rocco'. It is about 30 feet away from the main home. 'Casita Rocco' has a bathroom with a shower, kitchenette, furnished with a sofa, tv, dining table, trundle bed for 2. Perfect for separate children or teenage quarters. Enjoy cooling off in the private pool while taking in the hill county views. Start the massive outdoor fireplace while grilling a late night snack under the beautiful pergola to warm up those 'chilly' evenings. What a gathering place for family and friends to rekindle old memories while creating new ones.

La Villa Cascata means 'Waterfall House' in Italian. You will understand how it got its name when you arrive and are welcomed by the beautiful sounds of the Guadalupe River flowing over the waterfall directly in front of the home. The location is absolutely perfect - nestled right outside o New Braunfels and close to Canyon Lake while enjoying 80+ feet of Guadalupe Riverfront. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The living room and dining room overlook the quiet, scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River. The home's location is fantastic as it can cater to those who want to simply get away, gather together with family and friends, tube on the river, fish in unbeatable locations and more! You can enjoy 2 decks overlooking the Guadalupe, as it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company while taking in the serene sounds of the waterfall. This home's location is second to none if you are looking to enjoy what this area offers - the peacefulness of the hill country and adventures of the Guadalupe River. You will arrive and will be welcomed by the beautiful sounds of the Guadalupe River flowing directly in front (or back depending on your interpretation) of the home. The location is absolutely perfect - nestled right outside of New Braunfels and close to Canyon Lake while enjoying 60+ feet of Guadalupe Riverfront. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is fully furnished with an ideal kitchen with newer appliances for the cooking enthusiasts and access to laundry machines for your extended stays. The home has great views overlooking the quiet, scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River. You can enjoy 2 decks (upper and lower) overlooking the Guadalupe, as it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company while taking in the serene beauty of the Guadalupe River.
