The space
Enjoy the pet-free, bright, spacious, calm, and relaxing feel of our space. As one with severe pet allergies, I know how hard it is to find places to stay. If you suffer from pet allergies, know that you can ease your mind with no pets either in the apartment or the apartment downstairs. We know how hard it is to travel, especially with babies and little ones. We have provided extra items to help make your stay more pleasant as well as WIFI to help you relax a little more. The backyard is a shared space with our downstairs Air Bnb guest as well, but feel free to enjoy the space! There are many local stores, grocery stores, restaurants & bars, a laundromat, and gas stations all within a 3-mile radius. Guests will have access to a private entrance and will be given an entry code to let themselves in. The entire 2nd floor is for your enjoyment. There is off-street parking. You will be sharing the driveway with the downstairs tenants, so just make sure not to block them in. Other things to note
We are located in a perfect central location. You have the city of New Castle to explore, as well as the small quaint town of Volant, where you will find unique shops, coffee houses, and a local winery. There are also Westminster & Theil Colleges nearby. Go exploring and see the beautiful, breathtaking local nature sites to see as well. Route 79 isn't far away. It can take you North to Erie, the Grove City Outlets, Keystone Safari, or Slippery Rock University. You can also go South to Cranberry Township, Wexford, and Pittsburgh. Take 422 East and visit McConnell Mill, Living Treasure, Moraine State Park, and Butler, or 422 West, and head towards Hermitage & Rt 80 as well as Boardman Ohio. Also, head north to Mercer County and check out some amazing restaurants and activities as well. There is so much to do that I can not possibly name them all. The best part is that this is all within a 15-50 minute drive. If you are looking for recommendations on something specific, ask, and we will gladly share.
