Visit Moonwalk Nola❤️

- For most of the city's history, the Riverfront in the Vieux Carre was dedicated to commerce and industry.In 1976 under the Landrieu Administration. The Moonwalk was constructed, replacing a cargo wharf and shed that occupied this site. It represented the first step in the city's effort to reclaim the Riverfront for the enjoyment of all it's citizens and visitors.
