Santa is taking a vacation from the north pole and coming to hang out with the ladies of Croppers Delight! What dance will Santa learn for 2017?
East Rutherford NJ has invited us back.
Theme is Christmas! Santa comes to party with us in the summer time! WOOHOO! We have a tree full of ornaments and guess what.. 25 plus Christmas presents will be opened!

FULL WEEKEND CROP Crop Friday/Saturday/Sunday and Sleeping Room For Friday and Saturday:
Single $645/ Double $480/Triple $425/ Quad $400
Rates are due by June 18th
Late fees are incurred after June 18-July 18th $25 fee
Increase $25 on all rates from July 18-August 3rd.
Please understand we pay for the event in full by July 18th.
Rooms:
The rooms are all suites, they have a bedroom with 1 KING Bed, and then a pull out couch. They also have a small kitchen area with a stove (not oven) Refrigerator, and Microwave. Free wifi in the rooms and in the meeting room!
Doors open 10am Friday. Each registrant will receive the following:
3 feet of cropping space with friends old and new. The tables are about 3FT by 3FT these are board room tables they give us.
54 hours Non-Interrupted scrapbooking time (no kids, husbands, boyfriends, telemarketers or pets)
Santa's 25 Days Of Christmas throughout the entire weekend.
SNACKS, CHOCOLATE, WATER, SODA & COFFEE throughout the day!!!!!
Tool area which includes : 3 Cricut Expressions, 1 Cricut, Design Studios Software, SCAL Software, Cuttlebug Embossing,
Classes TBD

FRIDAY: CROP & RELAX
10am Check In At the Crop Room
Note: Hotel Check in Will Not Be Until 3PM

Crop The Rest of The Night Away!!!!
SATURDAY: CROP & PARTY
8AM Crop room re-opens
8 AM - 9 AM Continental Breakfast
Door Prizes throughout the day
Lunch, Dinner and Dessert included. Snacks (AKA chocolate and chips provided all day), Water, Coffee, Tea and Soda available all day long!
SUNDAY: CROP & DECOMPRESS
8AM Doors Open
8AM-9AM Continental Breakfast
Door Prizes will be drawn
1pm 3 more Big Raffles will be drawn!

Cancellation: If you cancel before May 18th you will receive a full refund. Otherwise there is no refund policy unless we cancel the event. Please understand that we need to pay for many of the expenses up front based on the number of people who register.
If you are registering as a double, triple or quad room and your room mate does not attend you are responsible for the remaining balance.
