An executive position followed in an event planning, public relations and marketing company specializing in new business promotion, corporate launches and public relations. In 1999, a corporate client from that company - who served on the board of directors for a major non-profit organization in New York City - hired Wendy to plan their annual fundraising benefit. Event Catch Up: Photos from several off our recent events: Win’s Way to Win Dinner (Win), Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Essentially Ellington Luncheon (Essentially Ellington), AdForum Worldwide Summit (AdForum), the 2018 Graphic Communications Scholarship Foundation, Children's Cancer & Blood Foundation (Children's Cancer & Blood Foundation) and Mount Sinai SAVI (Mount Sinai SAVI Program). Flash Mob - A Tribute to New York City

WK Planning, Ltd. was hired to produce this flash mob in front of the Apple store on Fifth Avenue & 58th Street in New York City to celebrate the wedding anniversary of one of New York's most prominent couples. Their love for New York City is as strong as their love for one another, as successfully portrayed in this video. The flash mob was followed by a dinner dance at Doubles in the Sherry Netherland Hotel.

Cabaret for a Cause, founded by Wendy Kleinman, President of WK Planning, Ltd. and Susan Rudin, one of New York City's most devoted philanthropists, hosted a concert by Willie Nelson at the famed Four Seasons Restaurant to benefit Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. 150 guests attended this exclusive event by invitation only and funds raised went to support The Intrepid's Fallen Heroes Fund.
