Hi, we want to introduce ourselves to the Facebook community. We are located in queens New York.

We have a 3 room upstairs apartment and a 2 bedroom downstairs apartment house that we rent to families or friends that would like to vacation in New York but don't want to pay the big money in hotels just to be separated in different rooms with strangers walking around outside your door. Come stay at our home where everyone in your group can be together in a private home. Thus also available to contract workers who need a comfortable, safe place to rest while they work.

This quaint Ranch Style home gives you easy access to all the type of transports you need except boat to go explore New York - The City That Never Sleeps. So bus, train, airplane and you can call a taxi.

Central heating and cooling which most other houses don't have, private 6ft fence enclosed backyard with patio table and chair for you to sit and enjoy the shade of the tree while drinking a cup of coffee, tea or eating lunch or dinner. The front and backyard is artifical turf which will cut down on muddy spot and pestering insect.
