So we have this great idea of a new approach to job seeking – an approach that is beneficial and positive for young job seekers, and one that is cost-effective and worthwhile for employers. We intend to connect college students and new professionals primarily between 18-35 years old, to reputable companies. To sum it up we are offering job seekers the ability to profoundly market their talents, co

mpetencies, and skills. Through personalizing their portfolios with videos, pictures, work, etc., a job seeker can market complete representation of their capabilities, to potential employers. For employers, we intend to provide that link and eliminate the barrier of personal interaction that makes your experience difficult. Our goal is to make online job seeking actually count (as opposed to being the first step before consulting contingency hirers). Our goal is to make it economical and easier for employers to connect to a group of fresh and qualified seekers eager to be part of their teams!
