The menu plays homage to childhood and familiar favorites like five cheese pizza rolls, hand cut french fries, spinach + artichoke dip, disco steak frites and more. The stars of the show, however, have to be their martini menu with a wide array of options whatever mood you are in from a Sour Cream + Onion Martini, to The Filth to a Tomato Martini. Menstruation (first three days): REST! Choose restorative yoga or gentle walking.⁠

Follicular phase (after menstruation through ovulation): Gradually build up cardio and strength as your body build up on power and energy.⁠
