Worldwide Arrangements planned this entire event for Fatima and Tanvir. Our client wanted an outdoor wedding by the waterfront and after seeing various options they settled with the sandy hook chapel. The chapel was used as a prep room for the bride and her maids. and the main hall in the chapel was used as a gaming room for the children of the guest. The tent was was lined with white drapes and lights with clear side walls to prevent water from coming in, incase it rained. client requested a large dance floor for their 250 guest and went with a basic white stage setup for bride and groom. Food was catered by Sagar Restaurant from Queens N.Y. Worldwide arrangements provided wait-staff, Video and photography along with dj and live entertainment for this event. Our client saved money by retaining our event consultants for their events rather than retaining a event planning for ideas, they decided to book us and paid for solutions rather than ideas.
