This past Saturday’s Wall Street Jornal dubbed Nice the “sexiest, most fun-loving destination in France,”. They go on to detail all that is new in this sure easy destination. Of course the multiple nonstop flights from the tri-state area make a long weekend in Nice doable. If you’re still looking for travel plans this summer - add Nice to your shortlist.

My pick to stay is the brand new Hotel du Covet - a 17th century convent turned 88 room luxury hotel. Covet lies in the heart of old town Nice, and offers antique filled rooms with views of the Mediterranean sea, Roman baths with thermal treatments, a movement studio, lap pools, 4 restaurants, an on-site herbalist, and so much more. It just opened in June after a meticulous renovation and is also part of Marriot’s Luxury Collection. This chic new gem is a great spot to explore Nice and up and down the coast!

I have stayed in every Beverly Hills hotel multiple times over the years…my last two stays were right in the heart of Beverly Hills, walkable to the shops and restaurants (and my moms house!) it’s old world charm, extremely attentive service, rooftop pool and spa, vibrant art filled breakfast dining room and cozy bar make this a perfect home away from home! Thank you for helping to make my brief visit luxurious and easy!

I can go back to Greece year after year…but, we have all been to Mykonos, Santorini and Athens - so what’s next??! I am excited about the opening of on the secluded island of Folengandros. They describe it as ‘Raw Luxury’ - set high on rugged soaring cliffs overlooking the Aegean Sea. When you need a little R & R post the party scene on other islands this is the place. With holistic wellness, delicious local food, lots of hiking and enjoying the natural beauty this is on my short list of new Greece hotels!

Welcome to the new Four Seasons Cabo del Sol, opening May 1st in the heart of the tourist corridor between the Montage and Esperanza. I had a sneak peek hard hat👷‍♀️tour last month and was blown away at the beautiful modern hacienda style and attention to detail. Multiple restaurants, a swimable beach, golf, pickle and tennis on site, this new property will become a go-to Baja option as soon as it opens. Helloooo White Lotus! It was a pleasure to visit the site of Season One last week with an overnight stay . The last time I was there was a rainy day in 1992 just after it was built! Wow, so much has changed and so much has stayed the same. It used to still the most luxurious hotel experience in Maui but now it’s surrounded by shops, golf courses, and other hotels and restaurants. This standout has amazing service, delicious multiple restaurant options and rooms and a spa that will be renovated yet again in the next year. Multiple pools, great shopping and a beach front with a miles long walkway make this a nice component to a Hawaii itinerary. Now we have to wait patiently for Season 3 Koh Samui to debut!

A member of my team just toured a stunning property in Punta Mita, an hour north of Puerto Vallarta. The beautiful rooms and spa are chic, elegant and comfortable with lots of space. The hotel layout enables lots of ocean views and the service is incredible. They were almost 100 percent occupied and it did not seem crowded at all. The hotel has a really beautiful kids club and would be perfect for not just families but great for couples trips, girls getaways or a long weekend stay! And everyone agrees that the beach is stunning! The Auberge collection seems to perfectly understand a sense of place and highlights the local food and essence in a casual and relaxed setting. This is a no brainer for a 2024 getaway!

More happy clients home from vacation! ✈️ They just stayed on the north side of The Dominican Republic next door to the Aman and said: “We had an amazing time! The hotel was gorgeous - in a local, boutique, effortless way. We had a spacious cottage with a hammock and outdoor seating and twin beds for kids and so much space and so much privacy!
The concierge, Annie, arranged amazing yoga, massages, and a hike on demand.
The owners kids - Rascal and Zinnia took the kids rock climbing with a guide who cut the thick trails with a machete and helped kids explore caves.
The pool was out of a CZ Guest Palm Beach mansion. The games room and upstairs bar were so special.
Our hotel was very kid friendly. Food was simple and delicious and available at any time!
Would be great buyout for a 40/50 bday party….” I love happy clients and unique hotels. This gem was perfect for them!

I am very excited that has finally announced the opening of Four Seasons Cabo del Sol in the middle of the Tourist Corridor in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. Just past and minutes away from the delicious restaurants of Cabo San Lucas. The hotel plans to open early 2024 alongside a Soho House Beach Club and Park Hyatt. This new addition to the Los Cabos area is 35 minutes from their very efficient international airport, has amazing established golf within the Cabo del Sol community and 3 and restaurants and pools. Of course a spa, swimable beach and event spaces round out the offerings. This will be a very welcome addition to the Cabo community!

As summer travel winds down and clients start planning for 2024 consider .dolomites as part of your Italian itinerary. Bravo You blew us away with your elegance, your old world classic style yet uber chic youthfulness, your friendly accessibility and total luxury. This beautiful hotel, the passion project of the dynamic owner of opened last spring to very well deserved reviews. Every detail is perfectly thought out from .j pool and dining decorations to the lovely breakfast on the terrace . The indoor/outdoor gym, shaded terraces and dining pavilions add to the lakeside ellegance. Just north of Cernobbio in the southern part of the lake, this hotel can’t be missed!! Thank you!

Our last stop on our epic Botswana itinerary took us deep into the Kalahari desert to , a luxury lodge that’s been assembled amongst family and tribal lands in the middle of the Salt Pans of the desert. The enormous tents each boast their own swimming pool and glorious antiques reminiscent of colonial Africa. We saw ostrich, zebra, mirkats, leopards and wildebeest. We visited with the local bushmen and drove ATVs into the heart of the salt pans. The stars and silence was glorious and the extra surprises - a delight. Jacks is an iconic experience that combines perfectly with one of the lodges in the Delta.

Last week In Botswana 🇧🇼 we saw 9 camps, countless 🐘🦓🦁🦒, met amazing people and had many laughs along the way. Our first stop was Okavango Explorers Camp from in the Selinda Reserve. All safari camps in Botz are tented and these were luxurious and simply elegant with large bathrooms and comfortable, cozy beds and decks with views out to the water and plains. A highlight was the canoe 🛶 to sundowners. Thank you for arranging such an epic trip. 📸

A few weeks ago we went back to St. Barths and stayed What a lovely experience! Not only are the luxurious rooms chic and uniquely decorated, the staff, welcoming and friendly but the location is perfect 🤩 located walking distance from many of the most desirable beach clubs like makes the end of the afternoon departure a beautiful and easy beach walk home rather than searching for your car or taxi at the end of a fun afternoon. For amazing high touch service with a smile, Eden Rock in St. Barth’s cannot be beat.

Such a great atmosphere in a prime location, top tier service with a smile and delicious food and views this is the place to be!

Location, location, location! Last week I stayed at the newly redone right in the center of downtown Beverly Hills. Having grown up around the corner and walking those streets forever I was amazed at the ease of staying in the heart of Beverly Hills. Everything - all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, juice bars and gourmet markets are right outside the door. The renovation is beautiful with bright, airy, California colors and lots of sunshine and light. A beautiful California inspired art collection punctuates the public spaces and nicely appointed rooms. There is a ground level cafe serving delicious California breakfasts and all day healthy options, two art deco bars, a gorgeous rooftop pool area and restaurant and of course the easy proximity to every thing we could need in Beverly Hills and the rest of Los Angeles. I am definitely adding this redone gem from the owners of and to my Los Angeles recommend list! 💯

Over the last few years so many of my clients set off on Great American Road Trips to discover American National Parks. Both and were two of the more unique stops in the Hi/Low world of American National Park destination hotels. As we think about 2023 travel, Under Canvas has launched ULUM by Under Canvas, a safari inspired outdoor resort brand with its first location at Canyonlands National Park offering safari-inspired tents with the amenities of a luxury hotel. ULUM Moab will provide easy access to Canyonlands and Arches with a concierge to arrange unique excursions with local outfitters like rafting, rock climbing, hiking and exploring. Each of the 360 square foot tents have a private 70-square-foot deck. PreCovid, Hong Kong was an easy, go to gateway to Asia. After a few nights in that awesome city and you were off to explore South East Asia and beyond. Today, with everything open except China, we have had to find some additional routes to our SE Asia destinations. The obvious choice is Singapore with the nonstop flights to the US and enough to do for a 36 hour stopover make an easy solution. Another option to consider is a stop in Korea... the and the new by have those amazing hotel buffet breakfasts that one dreams about….Spend a night exploring this new destination and eating some delicious Korean food and you are off again the next day…

They are beyond excited to experiences this magical journey.

Here in New York City we always get excited about new hotel openings. And now with the beautiful opening of Hotel Barriere Fouquet’s in Tribeca, we are excited to have this chic, Parisian hotel to enjoy. The Art Deco inspired design in the rooms, restaurants and bar envoke Parisian glamour along with TriBeCa cool. There are two restaurants, an outpost of the beloved Parisian brasserie and vegetarian Par Ici Cafe. The public spaces and Titsou Bar are the perfect location for a pre or post dinner drink to accompany a night out downtown. The artwork throughout the public spaces, curated by further the chic Parisian aesthetic and will remind us all to plan a springtime weekend in Paris. Along with a cinema, (Tribeca Film Festival) a gym and a spa there is an indoor pool. I think we need to meet for a martini in January…🍸🍸

As Holiday Vacation approaches, I think many of us might need a vacation after the vacation. A new adults only, all-inclusive, tented waterfront destination opened this week around the bay from . It’s Punta Mita like you have never experienced. The same amazing service but completely different. The 16 tents all are secluded, open air and luxurious. An outdoor gym, indoor/outdoor dining area and waterfront lounge spots all create a waterfront oasis that is secluded, luxurious and very zen. Maybe it’s time to make the vacation after the vacation a reality….
