Hey Friends!
Introducing Polly Parrot Travel, a boutique travel agency specializing in eco-friendly gourmet all-inclusive vacations to Mexico and the Caribbean.
The name for my agency is in honor of my sweet mom. Her maiden name was Parrott and her nickname was Polly. We lost her way too soon to brain cancer. She was fun, so kind and never met a stranger.
A little bit about my background. After high school I attended travel school and worked for a while in a travel agency in south Texas. I left for a more secure job, but my heart stayed a travel agent. Years later I worked at a university in the study abroad office planning group trips to Europe, South America, and helping students with travel arrangements for semester abroad experiences. This was the job where I got lost in my work. Planning travel for people brings me joy. Recently I decided life is too short not to be doing what you love to do, so I am giving everything I have to this new adventure.
