least the last 20 years, Tara started in the industry as a loan processor as she finished her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at then CSU Hayward. Tara fell in love with the power of using mortgage lending to help families save hundreds of dollars in order to send their children to college, use their equity for home improvements or to buy that first home. She is happy to have a career that enables her to utilize her undergraduate education, especially the knowledge she gained in economics, finance, business law and ethnic studies. With family in the industry, she has had the opportunity to sell luxury homes, negotiate short sales with the banks and manage investment properties. She is proud of her work in closing transactions where she resolved title issues, HOA occupancy, and restructuring loans that were previously denied by other lenders.
