This sweet 1910 home in McMinnville, OR is on the market! We restored this home to what we hope honors it's history. There's a lot to share, so this is Part I (the main level), of what we inherited (BEFORE) and what we accomplished (AFTER). It was a project full of headaches but it was well worth it. Enjoy!

Hi everyone! We are still around - just took some time away from social media during these covid years! However, we've been working on some great projects and we're excited to start sharing again.

This project was a full Design + Remodel of the entire 1st floor. The original floor plan consisted of a lot of walls with tiny rooms. So we opened up the space, enlarged the foot print of the kitchen, and added a powder bathroom for guests. There are a lot of moments that we enjoy from this design: the custom staircase, the custom metal handrail & 2 fireplaces (!), the inviting living room, white oak kitchen cabinets...

We hope you enjoy our inspiration of a "Modern + Oregon + Warm" vibe!

This week we've worked on Designing rooms for a Farmhouse in Dundee (adding on to existing footprint), Designing a Master Suite in Tualatin, Design concepts for a Modern Ranch in Dundee (adding a garage & airbnb), moving into Remodeling phase of another Master Suite in Newberg, and then wrapping up with a Newberg Bathroom on-suite Remodel while beginning excavation on the other side to build out a new Family Room with an Airbnb attached. Who else is ready for the weekend?!
