What a catch!!!!!!! Wow and what a day with the Wallace group again. These guys know a good guide when they have one. Big Po***ck 35 in average with an average weight of 20 lbs each and all day long pulls of 3 on the line. Talk about filling a boat. Working the drift in about 180 feet of water with no bait and just jigging high gave a catch and experience any Charter would be proud of and I am proud of this catch. Hell, been doing it for past 3 weeks and it's been awesome. Adventure and Catch Charters is still running and as long as the weather permits the expectation is this catch will keep getting repeated! So what is a good catch and what is a great catch. Well it is safe to say this is a great catch. For the last few weeks Adventure and Catch Charters - ie, me has been on the cleanest Deepsea fish you could ask for. This time of year it's about Po***ck. These beautiful fish usually are incredibly clean ( no worms), don't smell like haddock and are an incredibly versatile fish that is great to eat and when not coming from some fastfood place is very very healthy. Anyway see the pics from the most recent trip . The average was 35" and 20 lbs with the larger ones hitting 40+ and 35 lbs

Yesterday was incredible. The week began with horrible conditions and a forecast that said 5 footers. As the week unfolds it gets better and better to the point that yesterday was flat calm and easily one of the best days of the year and the catch mirrored this. Onboard is Carlos a great guy from MA. Who is blind along with 3 of his buddies and I promised them we were going to catch and their wives believed and I think they did too that this would be " ok we got some fish trip" I told them that is not what happens with me, maybe other boats but not with me. Well, I will let the pictures tell the story and Carlos is the gentleman in white. In the end they filled the floor board, live well, giant cooler and the deck.

They wanted to fill their freezers for the winter. Well it's safe to say we did that! Along with some shark and tuna runs :)

Well what happens when you have a determined Captain, 3 capable guests, a Bluefin Tuna Charter and a can do attitude and your business name is Adventure and Catch Charters ? Well I will let the pictures do the talking. By the way this was a bucket list item for all three of these friends and each year they do a special charter together. This year they wanted Bluefin and in the morning it was rough with some big seas and strong wind but we stuck it out and I am so glad that I was able to make it happen for these guys. A solid 300 lbs fish!!! We did start the day with a blue dog. And I included that as well. And a big big shout out to my buddies Kyle and Alex - Stick Redfish!!! Can you believe it Stick Reds!!!!

What a day! Great people, great conditions with no wind or waves - just a perfect day capped off with a 101 in. Charley! When you absolutely want a catch, a big catch, well there is always an adventure awaiting and good memories to be made with Adventure and Catch Charters ! Still have availability this summer. It's been a very busy two weeks and I apologize for not updating and posting more. However, the excuses are good, I was where I belong - on the water with great people, an awesome catch each trip and many memories without the BS of being on land and did I say I was on the water?. The pictures say it all. What a god weekend. Found them. Caught'em now go eat'em. Went to some new grounds- old grounds I had not been back to in more then a year this weekend. Gave a little prayer to the fishing gods to keep the dogs at bay as they have started moving in and worked the areas. Could not understand, only 2 boats where I was on Saturday and no one and I mean no one out there yesterday which was one of the best days of the year weather wise. And all I have to say is, pass the Haddock, Po***ck and Cusk ' cause the grill is smokin hot on Adventure and Catch! Still have. Availability and the Tuna season is a week away. Finally, everything is in and ready to go. Big thank you to Zacks Custom Rods for putting together an incredible set of gear for the BIG BOYS. Charley is not going to be happy with Adventure and Catch. The rods are custom ZCR 80/130s. The gaffs are a 7 ft with 2" hook and the 4 foot gaff is a 4" hook. The reels are all Shimano 130s on t10 Winthrop Butts.

The Bluefin Tuna season is just around the corner. We still have openings for Shark/ Bluefin trips along with Marathon and Day trips. Just contact us at Adventure and Catch Charters or Captain Andy @ 603 953 5791. Look forward to seeing you out there.-Capt. Andy

Just had to post an additional pic from this weekend. Zach and Cris enjoying a great day on Adventure and Catch and we were not getting fish you have to measure. No weeding out smalls here. The main attraction being held up by Zach is a 26 Haddock. Average size was 22-26 inch with a beautiful 28" hauled. Everyone limited and with these sized fish, there's meat for the freezer too!.

What a weekend. Limited out with incredible sized Haddock. Average size was between 22-26 in. Lots of Cusk and beautiful Red Fish. There is nothing like fresh fish caught by we your own hand and enjoyed by your own family at the end of a day! In the picture is Zachary Wallace, his Dad Craig Wallace and Chris Dupont. . More picture to come. But what a great catch. Oh and the captain did get dinner too :)

Adventure and Adventure and Catch Charters does have openings for May. However, May 11 th and 12 is booked to celebrate my son Daniels graduation from RIT. Look forward to seeing you all out there.- Capt. Andy
