This strange fish up on @westernpridesportfishing is a rare catch, and the largest caught that this boat can recall. It can be found in Southern CA & Mexican waters in the Pacific. As ambush predators, these fish prefer to be buried in the sand, with only their eyes & mouth exposed as they wait for prey to swim by.
