What do you guys prefer. Rtt or ground tent and why?

I choose ground tent cause I can leave Basecamp to explore. But leaning towards rtt cause my old ass is getting sore from sleeping on the ground. Usually takes me about 5-10 minutes to set up my mattress and sleeping arrangement for my two big dogs.

I tried sleeping in the rtt on the land cruiser for a night but the dogs started getting cold at night and whined. Had to get out in the middle of the night to sleep inside the rig with them.

This was a much needed trip. I miss seeing my pups run free at camp. Also the Jeep is doing awesome so far. Going to need to do a little more trimming to clear the tires at full flex.
