As a Registered Nurse of over fifteen years, I understand what it takes to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. My Zumba classes offer a good balance of aerobic intensity, toning, and dance. I've been teaching since 2006 and had the privilege to train with not only the creator of the Zumba Fitness program, but several internationally known Master Trainers as well. My primary goal as an instructor

is to provide participants with a great workout and an atmosphere that fosters fun, stress relief, and a sense of community. No fitness experience? NO PROBLEM! My classes are easy to follow and provide an opportunity to leave your worries behind for 60 minutes of sweaty fun! Unsure? Give it a try… you have nothing to lose!
