Searching for an extra special meal on your Universal Studios vacation? Look no further than Mythos Restaurant at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. This was hands-down one of the best meals I’ve ever had at a theme park. My husband enjoyed Sea Scallop and Barley Risotto, while I had Pan Roasted Wild Salmon, which was served with a roasted carrot purée, and fingerling potatoes. This award-winning restaurant also features spectacular architecture, with carved rocks, indoor pools, and flowing waterfalls.
