✨SELF BREAST EXAM ✨

1. Look in the mirror for normal size, shape, color
2. Feel for lumps or abnormalities using a firm, smooth touch with the pads of your fingers. Move in a circular motion about the size of a quarter.
3. Feel the entire breast — top to bottom, side to side; collar bone to top of abdomen, armpit to cleavage.
