Steffanie Rivers has launched TCB Drones, the first Black woman-owned drone academy in Texas, to help people of color break into the booming drone industry.
Through training programs, summer camps, and partnerships with groups like Black and Missing, Inc., Rivers is creating career pathways in aerial mapping, search-and-rescue, and inspections.
She’s now inviting aspiring drone pilots to a free webinar, encouraging them to get certified and start earning $300–$500 per hour while changing the face of tech.
