As a writer, I have developed content for most embraced forms of sales and marketing communications. While satisfying the requirements of such a broad array of tactics, I found that I transitioned effortlessly from print-centric assignments to Web, Social Media, and email marketing endeavors. All things considered, video script writing and production remain some of my most satisfying work. Of course, my earlier graphic design days started during the days when salespeople carried with them an abundance of printed material and collateral with which they tried to make compelling cases to customers or prospects that their product or service was the best choice for them. Working from the ground floor up in the print design world naturally led to experience in advertising, high-value production brochures and direct mail that would be incomplete without contact list coordination. This experience opened up doors of opportunity for me to learn and develop expertise in different multi-media forms, including PowerPoint presentations and events management. Both my writing and design skills transferred to the demands of Website design, content development, and architecture, as well as email marketing and Social Media. Today, I help sales and marketing leaders and business owners conduct their campaigns and reach out to customers and prospects with a mix of traditional and digital media. I graduated from Mankato High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Mankato State University (now Minnesota State University—Mankato). Further, as a communications manager, I have participated in Selling Techniques and Deming Quality Management training sessions.
