Blue Parrot Condos NMB 202 & 204 Family owned beach condos sometimes rented out for others to enjoy. Located in North Myrtle Beach,

* The Blue Parrot Condos have one marked parking space available for each unit.
* There is NO SMOKING at the Blue Parrot.
* NO PETS allowed in these units.
* The public access area for the beach is directly across from you on 13th Avenue.
* The swimming pool and gas grill are available to you and those paying to stay in the condo with you.
* Upon

arrival you should find your unit clean, so upon departure please leave it at least as clean as you found it. This saves us both a cleaning fee!
* Please bring your own towels, linens, and paper products.
* There are countless businesses nearby (restaurants, grocery & drug stores, fast food, malls & outlets, clubs, theaters, bars, and even Wal-Marts!)
* The fee for rental is based on the season of the year and the length of the stay. We feel that it is very reasonable.
* If you have a question or concern, we will always be available by email, text, or a call (depending on the urgency).
