Our beach is getting bigger! It’s very peaceful here in the wintertime. Imagine sitting in the hot tub and watching dolphins. A whale was spotted today. Space X rockets can be seen from our deck as well.

This could be your view! 4 of the 5 bedrooms at this house face the ocean! Two of the bedrooms are “Master bedrooms” with king sized beds and private bathrooms! Have you ever woke up to the sun shining in the sliding glass door in your bedroom?

They’re back! It’s sh*****ng time again!

When you come to the ocean, you want to see the ocean! We added another slider on the 4th floor, replaced 7 other sliders, replaced all the flooring in the house, 5 new vanities and sinks as well as toilets. Mid October we will finish the PVC fencing on the ground floor around the pilings as well as install of an additional French door on the ground floor to make the elevator even easier to access. Contact us directly and save a ton of $$$$.

As Hurricane Ian passes to the south of us and moves inland. 8-12 foot waves with steady 50 mph winds. Both houses are unscathed.

242 - Loggerhead Turtles

I have not had a chance to post this, but I wanted to share . On August 27, 2022 at 7:25pm, 87 Loggerhead babies hatched, right on our dune at Coastal Memories! They were captured to be relocated to another part of the island with other hatchlings.. So cute!!
