Open the back door and the ocean is right there. Master on first level provides a king bed with sliding glass door to the balcony. A full bathroom downstairs provides a quick and easy showering from the sand. Washing machine and dryer also provided on first level. ter and dining table that seats 6. Living room provides gorgeous views of the ocean and a comfy place to relax after a day of adventure. We provide a smart TV giving you the freedom to log into your Hulu/Sling/YouTube/Netflix/etc as you chose. DVD player included. Upstairs includes a full bath with tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom #1 has two queen beds with private balcony overlooking the ocean along with new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Guest bedroom #2 upstairs has a queen bed with new luxury vinyl plank flooring. The loft area provides a great place for relaxing or playing a game. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Parking for 4 (2 under house/2 in driveway) allows plenty of space for all of your vehicles. Outdoor area to rinse off is right off the deck and easy storage of beach chairs/toys under the house so no need to carry them up the stairs! Big backyard provides a great place for the kids to hang out! Oak Island is home to just under 8000 people and is a small, quaint seaside town, found on the coast of North Carolina, in Brunswick County. It is connected to the mainland by 2 bridges. If you’re looking for a real American town with good beaches and some good seafood to match then Oak Island is the place to be!

Happy New Year!! We’ve been blessed with lots of bookings for 2022 and as of today, we only have 2 weeks left for the summer! 😳

We have Aug 28- Sept 18 open! Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! This is the best time to be at the beach in my opinion!

Fall is the best time to visit OKI in my opinion. Cooler temps, water is still warm and fewer crowds (not that OKI gets “crowded” really).

Don’t forget to bring your basketball (and tennis racquet, baseball bat and soccer ball). Middleton Park (same area as playground and splash pad) has several tennis courts, a huge soccer area, baseball field and bball court! 🏀 ⚾️ ⚽️ 🎾

The Ocean Education Center is another must for kids! It’s open 10-2 M-W and an easy walk, bike ride or car ride from the house. They have 2-3 crafts for the kids each day, shark tooth search (each kid gets to keep 1!) and tons of fun facts about sea life.

So many people have inquired about beach access since the beach nourishment project. We have amazing dunes 🙌🏻 and 2 accesses to choose from. 🤩

This is better than before and they are both closer to us! The access are marked with white ropes. Please don’t use any other path to the beach!

(And yes that’s my coffee mug. It’s my most fave time of the day…everyone is still in bed!)

Great news! I know my kiddos are so excited to visit the splash pad this year. It’s an EASY walk from our house! 💦

Get ready for some fun in the sun!! The Oak Island Splashpad is opening on May 17th! Hours of operation are 10am-6pm daily and the splashpad is free to the public. There is even a new shade structure, thanks to our friends at Oak Island Friends of Parks Foundation!

Please don’t miss a stop to OKI Scoop Shop and Donuts. It’s about a half mile from our house and hands down the best donuts. Made fresh as you wait. The Lemonade was my choice and it didn’t disappoint. Jason got the Bacon Me Crazy and French Toast. The girls settled on chocolate and vanilla sprinkles.

Tonight we rode to Sweet Treats for ice cream. It’s our most favorite place for ice cream and just under 2 miles to get there. Easy and safe ride for the kids. 🚲 🍦
