Paws N' Flip Flops Welcome to Paws N' Flip Flops on beautiful Oak Island, NC. Our dog friendly single level home with a fully fenced in back yard is the perfect place to relax.

And its only a 10 minute walk to the beach! This is our second home, and we love to spend time here with our two rescue dogs. We decided to open our home to guests (and their dogs) who like a cozy, single level home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. We are just a 10 min walk from the beach (over a scenic walkway) or a 3 min walk to the Intra-Costal Waterway and an easy drive to

great restaurants and shopping. After a day of exploring all that Oak Island has to offer, shower off the sand in our outside hot/cold shower and relax in our fully enclosed back yard with a 6-foot privacy fence. If you bring your dogs, they will appreciate the shady backyard and the visiting squirrels. Hang out in the hammock or have a glass of your favorite beverage in our screened in patio. You can even stream your playlist on our outdoor blue tooth speaker. (Please remember that this is a quiet neighborhood). Our white picnic table is the perfect place for you to enjoy what the cook serves up on the gas BBQ. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was built in 2018 and is mostly carpet-free (luxury vinyl plank floors). Our Home is perfect for small families, girls or guys weekends, or couple getaways. It is just not for smoking, loud parties and inconsiderate people. If you are prone to either, please don’t make a reservation.

Introducing SALINA. Pretty Pittie type girl SALINA is barely out of puppyhood at about 1 year old, so you'll have the fun and desire to learn of a puppy without quite as much baby-work! SALINA has a look that should be in the movies, photogenic and the girl-next-door all at the same time! Come by BCSAPS to meet her Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2.

Introducing MACY. Eye-catching MACY is a Cattle Dog/Carolina Dog type with striking red and white markings that make her a real attention-getter! At 6 years old, she's all grown up, so she's ready to pick up on everything she needs to know to steal your heart. She's one of many deserving adult dogs here at BCSAPS who are more than ready for that second chance at the love and security of a family of their very own. Introducing GUS. GUS is a 2 year old giant boy....a blend of the large-breed guys like Anatolian Shepherd Dog and Cane Corso. Unique brindle markings just add to this magnificent man's eye-catching beauty, just call him HANDSOME for short! If you are comfortable with the big guys, GUS is waiting to hang out with you to see if you can make a match!

First time drone show instead of fire works ! That’s the way to go ❤️❤️

For the first time ever in North Carolina, we will be bringing Open Sky Drone Show instead of fireworks. We are trying something new and outside of the box. The best viewing area will be along the Riverwalk as shown on the map below
We ask that there be no boats in the River between the Red identified n the map, as they can not fly drones over people or boats.

Saturday night October 5, 2024 at 8:30pm we will light up the sky.

The water was especially beautiful today at “The Point” this afternoon❤️

This pretty cat is hanging out next to our driveway at Paws N' Flip Flops all the time. Yesterday she was laying under my car when we came back from our morning walk with Lucky. She looks well fed and she runs when he sees us and the dogs. I hope she has a good home here on OKI🙏
