About Me:
I have been a Travel Agent for four years, and I have been a lover of all things Disney, since I was just a little girl. I’ve been to Walt Disney World 13 times -11 of those since 2011, I have sailed with Disney Cruise line as well. Additionally, I have first hand experience sailing on Carnival cruise Line, and I have personally been to Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando. I’ve been to Cancun, and Cozumel, Bahamas, Hawaii, and I’ve visited most of the Florida/Alabama Gulf coast beach areas too. As you can see, I love to travel. It is a passion of mine. I pay close attention to every detail when it comes to planning the perfect vacation, to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. My clients find value in my level of first hand knowledge/experience I have to offer with the destinations I specialize in. Memories are precious & the best ones should last a lifetime! This mindset is emphasized by my planning.
My parents took my sisters & I on our first family Disney trip in 1987. I still remember it like it was yesterday! It was pure magic! From the feelings of joy entering the park, the sweet smells in the air as you’re walking up Main St. and the thrill of first seeing Cinderella’s castle for the first time, the songs you would hear as you walk in, my first time on Space Mountain, and the sheer excitement of it all. Just to be there with my full family having so much fun in the place I’d always dreamed of! The happiest place on earth! That to this day, is my favorite childhood memory. I have remembered it my whole life! Even today, there is just something special about Disney magic, the way it can take you back to a cherished time and make you feel like a kid all over again, no matter your age. It truly is for both the young and the young at heart. I believe that is where my love of Disney began, and that eventually lead me into this line of work. I truly love what I do too! Being an agent allows me to share my love of Disney with others on a daily basis! So, with as special as that first Disney trip memory is to me, all these years later, you can be sure, I understand how important it is to you, to not just simply BOOK your trip, but to help you create these special memories with your family and to help you plan the right experiences to make those magical moments absolutely perfect, & unforgettable.
I will always try to get you the most magic for your money as well. As a courtesy to my clients I am always looking for ways to save you money! I monitor your dates even after your booked to keep an eye out for future discounts, and if one is released later on and your vacation qualifies, then I will do my absolute best to get it applied for you! Additionally, I have collected several money saving tips over the years, to pass along to you for while you are there. Even still though, vacations are best looked at as an investment... because while we can sometimes find good deals, vacations in general are not necessarily cheap either. However because of the priceless memories that will last a lifetime and bring so much happiness to you and your loved ones, it is a worthwhile investment in value and that is priceless.

Book direct and talk to a different call service representative each time you call with a question.
Book through an agent, who you have already consulted with, and they will be already familiar with the wants/needs of your family, and will get more familiar each time we speak to each other. I can better customize to your specific wishes over the duration of the planning time, than someone can in a single phone call. You will speak to me, the same person, every time you have a question. I’m just a quick call or text or email away! No need to explain everything all over again to someone new tomorrow, or next week or next month. I’m here for you, from first quote until you come home from your vacation, and I will remain here for as many future trips as you would like to take as well!
Which one would you choose?
If you book on your own, then you need to be up extremely early to hope for getting through in the masses of phone hold times, which start hours BEFORE the phone lines actually open up officially at 7am est. Many will have already sat for 1 to 2 hours by 7am. This can be very difficult for those who have to get kids up and out the door for school, and get themselves ready and out the door for work themselves, should your 180 day window fall on a weekday. IF you have a job that does NOT allow you to sit on hold on your phone for hours..... you have won’t have a chance.
Book with an agent, you’ll be glad you did because I do this for you so you don’t have to! (To be clear, free dining is extremely limited so it comes with no guarantees of getting it, but i guarantee that if your trip qualifies i will be on hold trying to apply it for you until they tell me it is gone or that you have it applied. ) Your morning is simple and stress free, go on about your normal day, or even stay asleep if you want! You can rest easy because like i said, your family’s vacation is in very good hands! (I waited on hold for 7 hours once to save a client $1300- I will do everything in my power to be sure my clients are happy.)
