We provide the mat paper but don't cut it, that way you can cut your mats to fit your pictures, you don't have to find pictures that fit the mats. The great thing about our page kits is that you can do them exactly as is or arrange them differently. We encourage our page kit users to step out on their own and embellish the page kits to make them more personal, but our page kits are fine if you use them just the way they are too.
