BUYERS BEWARE! If you buy a warranty from Epic Protection Plan t(typically through your appliance sales person) they will very likely deny your claim and make up a reason for it, refusing to take accountability and pay for the faulty parts ect of your home appliances. I have dealt with them for 5 weeks with the solution ending in them refusing to come out to repair the dishwasher under warranty. The reason? The repair man claims that I have used liquid dish soap in my dishwasher (he never even looked at it, just made that up). I have never done that, I am not an idiot. The product by LG was from their higher end options and has lasted 2.5 years. I bought the 5 year warranty and it is no help. I wil be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud but also wanted to warn folks about their dirty practices.
