Great place! Very spacious! My fiancé, myself, my friend and her family which included two kids had plenty of room! Good place if you have kids, there's ping pong table in the back that kept them busy for hours! The view was beautiful at night, you can definitely see the Golden Gate Bridge. Very clean, very modern and all kitchen items were available for use! It was chilly at night but she kept extra blankets in the closet which we were able to use. Very close to the highway and not too far to the city!

Airbnb Starts Collecting Occupancy Taxes for SF

Earlier this year, we announced that we would begin collecting occupancy taxes on behalf of hosts and guests in San Francisco. We've been working with the City to make the process streamlined and easy to follow, and today we are pleased to share that we are planning to launch this program on October 1. We know our community contributes substantial, positive economic impacts in neighborhoods across San Francisco, and this initiative will continue to make the city even stronger.

For reservations in San Francisco booked on or after October 1, guests will see a new line item on their Airbnb receipt for the city-imposed Transient Occupancy Tax. The tax will be added to the total amount paid by guests on stays of fewer than 30 days - hosts will not have to do anything extra. If you've already been collecting the San Francisco Transient Occupancy Tax for Airbnb guests, you should not do so after October 1.

San Francisco is our home and we look forward to continuing to work with everyone here to make it an even better place to live, work and visit.

This was the best place I could have stayed with my family as our first place to orient ourselves with moving to the Bay Area and specifically the East Bay. It was a good size for a family of four and the accessibility and walkability to restaurants, cafes, markets was excellent. Not to mention the ease of my commute to SF via Bart or the highway made the transition super-easy. Our hosts were great, available if we needed anything and respectful of our privacy. The street the apt was located on had ample parking and was really quiet. The back garden also a nice place for us to relax and eat. All in all a super experience. Anthony L.
